It's been like that around here too. We've been getting so much rain lately that the birds just deal with it becasue they're so tired of being in the coop, waiting for it to quit. Building an ark yet? ;)

Hey Meg, they certainly do look funny, but what's even worse is they ponk (aussie for smell) when wet! lol

Bobbi, yeah. They don't have those nice slick feathers like ducks do, so when the chickens are wet their feathers look like mangy dog fur.
Angie, they're nuts, huh? The rain doesn't seem to phase them at all. Ours stood outside through a 30-minute hailstorm. Not the brightest animals ...
