Kate and Tom invited us over for dinner tonight—we had pasta carbonara, salad, and fruit crisp. I'm in a bit of a food cloud right now so I'm having difficulties crafting thoughts into words; all I can say is that it was absolutely amazing and I am pretty pissed that I forgot my camera. One thing Kate said that rang true was that good food is easy when you have good ingredients (or something like that). Thanks guys.
